The Court certifies with reservations the 2024 accounts of four of the five benefit branches of the general scheme, as well as those of the collection activity. It is again unable to certify the 2024 accounts of the family branch (CAF network) and Cnaf. In fact, the amount of errors not corrected by internal control actions is particularly high: By the end of 2024, €6.3 billion in undue payments and withheld benefits had been recorded, which will never be regularised. Cnaf initiated corrective measures in the second half of 2023, which have not yet had their full impact on the 2024 financial year.
